In this context, in accordance with the provision of ‘The processing of sensitive personal data without the explicit consent of the person concerned’, which is included in the second paragraph of Article 6 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.’ personal health data may be processed, except under the special conditions specified in the law. Since it can only be recorded with the explicit written consent of the person, it is obligatory to obtain this consent from you.
